Pinehill Unit #7 is a four (4) bedroom, three (3) bath, townhouse located within the Pinehill community in the scenic and historic Village of Lake Placid and is just one (1) mile from the main street shops and eight (8) miles from the slopes of Whiteface Mountain. Enjoy the Mountain View from the spacious porch or soak in the Jacuzzi tub after a day of skiing or hiking on the many Adirondack trails. Shops and restaurants are just a quick walk from the unit.

The nicely furnished unit sleeps a maximum of 8 guests with one (1) king, two (2) queen beds, and two (2) twins. Each floor offers a complete bathroom. The home features an open living room with TV/VCR/DVD and direct access to a spacious porch with mountain views. The large kitchen provides plenty of room for cooking and a dining area with a table and chairs. The master suite is privately located downstairs with a separate reading room, TV/VCR and a large bath with Jacuzzi tub.


Wood burning fireplace, Cable TV/VCR/DVD with numerous video tapes and DVDs, completely furnished kitchen (all utensils) includes refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, washer/dryer, two (2) toddler beds, crib, stereo, CD player, numerous board games, and an assorted library of reading materials. High Speed Internet access (wireless/ethernet) and linen and towels are included at no extra charge.

Lake Placid offers an assortment of year round activities. Public beaches, numerous hiking trails, fishing, biking, boating, water skiing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, bobsledding, golf, wildlife viewing, shopping, fine restaurants, historical cinema, local symphoniete, massages, spas and much more. The New York State Horse Show, Iron Man Contest, The Empire State Games, and numerous World Cup Events are a few examples of the many world-recognized events that occur in Lake Placid.


Lake Placid was the home to two winter Olympics, in 1932 and 1980. Making it the only North American town to host such an event twice. Because of this, Lake Placid has a variety of winter activities from skiing to bobsledding. In addition, the community is located in the heart of the Adirondack State Park. The Park is larger than the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Parks combined. It has over Six (6) Million acres available to the public’s use.

Between the park and the lake there is also plenty of summer time activities. There is fishing, golfing, swimming, boating, water skiing, hiking, cycling and endless other site seeing events. In addition, because the Pinehill community is just a one (1) mile walk to the historic Main street, you have scores of restaurants, shops, a 75+ year old movie theater, antique shops and so much more.
